Required Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing practices.
  • 2-6 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, UX Specialist, or in a similar role.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design across multiple projects and platforms.

Required Qualificaitons

  • Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and creating user flows.
  • Strong communication skills to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of design systems and the ability to develop reusable components.
  • Understanding of analytics and user behavior tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
